Why mental health awareness matters

According to the World Health Organization, nearly 1 in 7 people in the world live with a mental disorder, yet most do not have access to effective care, and many face stigma. Knowing the facts makes it easier to look after your own mental health, to spot when someone else is struggling, and to respond with kindness instead of judgement.

This quiz covers common myths, the signs of common conditions, everyday habits that support wellbeing, and how to help someone else. It is designed for learning, so every answer comes with an explanation.
